Debra is a Future Workplace Strategist and senior leader in HR, OD and Transformation with experience in ASX listed, government and non-profit organisations across, technology, accounting, superannuation, insurance, retail, education, FMCG manufacturing and utilities.
Helping organisations restructure (smoothly and without pain) and aligning teams to get the ROI from AI and automation is one of Debra’s superpowers.
Debra has designed and led transformation programs across Australasia and has a deep understanding of organisational behaviour and governance. Using a collaborative, but direct approach, her strength lies in ensuring the organisational design, culture and people practices enable an adaptive workplace.​

Leisa's humanistic and insight driven approach provides clients with greater clarity, support and practical advice on what to do right now, taking a whole of systems approach, to unlock the potential of their people and the business.
The outcome is enhanced human-to-human connections and elevated performance through the fusion of human intelligence and AI.
Leisa has led large-scale change programs across international and domestic markets. Specifically, Leisa has experience in organisations across climate change, finance, FMCG, energy, water, agriculture, government and technology industries.
Leisa uses proven science-based neuroscience and psychology strategies to harness the potential of individuals and teams so the inevitable integration with AI and automation delivers better outcomes overall.Â
